Policies

Session fees are due at the beginning of your shoot.  I will not shoot until you have paid. 

We know that unexpected situations arise.  If your child is sick or if the weather is bad, etc., we will find a time to re-schedule at no cost to you.  If however, you are a no-show and want to re-schedule, a second session fee of $40 must be paid before rescheduling. 

All clients will be asked to sign a model release form and copyright notice.  Please be aware that the photographer reserves the right to publish and print all images and photographs for marketing and advertisement purposes.  All images are the property of the photographer and are protected by federal copyright laws.  It is unlawful to copy, scan or re-print the photos in any way without written permission. 

Images are edited at the photographer's discretion, and finished proofs will not include all images shot. The photographer reserves the creative right to edit and release only those deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer's artistic standards.

Due to the custom nature of the product, payment is due in full when portrait orders are placed and all sales are final and non-refundable.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Shipping charges will apply if you cannot pick up your order.  Damage incurred as a result of improper handling, framing or hanging is the responsibility of the client. 

Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee.  Orders will not be delivered until checks clear.

Please only bring the people that will be photographed to the session. This eliminates unnecessary distractions. Please do not bring any cameras or camcorders to be used at your session, this includes cell phones.
